These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 7upbet ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 7upbet website located at https://7upbet.cam and all related services, games, and features made available thereon (collectively, the "Services").

• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover") means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or any derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction a Player places on their own Account to prevent access for a defined period.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to online gambling services is unlawful or restricted.

To register and maintain an Account on 7upbet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing funds, or placing bets on 7upbet.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated agents are not permitted to register Accounts.
• You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction where access to online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or affiliate of 7upbet, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party, whether as an agent, nominee, trustee, or otherwise.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from 7upbet.

By proceeding with registration, you represent and warrant that all eligibility requirements are satisfied. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility criteria constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in Account termination and forfeiture of balances.

Each person may register one Account only. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is expressly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent termination of all associated Accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.

7upbet will conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing your first withdrawal, and may request additional verification at any time. Documents that may be required include:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport).
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, dated within the last three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account, bank statement).

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is completed to our satisfaction. 7upbet accepts no liability for delays in withdrawal processing arising from incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time verification codes with any third party. 7upbet reserves the right to refuse or reverse a withdrawal request if it is connected to suspected fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or an unresolved bonus wagering obligation. Any funds identified as proceeds of bonus abuse, collusion, or money laundering are subject to forfeiture without prior notice.

All funds deposited with 7upbet are held for the purposes of gaming only. Deposits may not be used as a general payment service, and 7upbet is not a licensed financial institution.

7upbet offers various promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday rewards, referral bonuses, and cashback offers. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside the relevant offer.

The following general principles apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. A wagering requirement of, for example, 15x means the total bonus amount must be wagered fifteen times in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Maximum Bet: While an active bonus is applied to your Account, a maximum bet limit applies per round or spin. Bets placed above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward clearing wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games such as baccarat and blackjack may contribute at a lower rate (typically 10–20%). Specific contribution tables are published in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of issue. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus Per Account: Each player is entitled to claim each offer once only, unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim the same promotion via multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• 7upbet's Discretion: 7upbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, and to withhold bonus funds from any player reasonably suspected of exploiting promotional terms.

By placing a bet on 7upbet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules and sports betting rules in full. Bets placed are final and cannot be reversed or cancelled once confirmed by the platform, except in the following limited circumstances:

• A technical error on the part of 7upbet caused an incorrect price or market to be offered, in which case 7upbet reserves the right to void affected bets.
• A sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled, as governed by the specific market rules applicable to that event.
• An evident pricing error ("palpable error") is identified — 7upbet reserves the right to void and refund any bet placed on a clearly erroneous price.

7upbet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our sole discretion, including without limitation where we suspect the integrity of an event is compromised or where the bet appears to be placed for arbitrage purposes.

All sports betting markets, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, AFC, NBA, UFC, and other events, are governed by the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. It is your responsibility to review those rules prior to placing any bet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7upbet and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and potential legal action:

• Creating or operating more than one Account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, gain advantage, or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of sporting events or casino games.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in platform software for personal gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions, or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Engaging in chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes after placing bets.
• Abusing promotions, including through self-referral, systematic exploitation of bonus offers, or coordinated abuse with other players.
• Attempting to access any other player's Account without authorisation.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 7upbet staff or other players.

7upbet co-operates fully with law enforcement authorities in cases of suspected criminal activity. Any funds identified as connected to prohibited activities are subject to forfeiture and may be reported to relevant authorities.

All content on the 7upbet platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphical elements, text, logos, software code, game interfaces, and branding materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of 7upbet or is used under licence from the respective rights holders.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written authorisation from 7upbet.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used by the platform.
• Use any 7upbet branding, logos, or trademarks without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on platform content.

Any unauthorised use of 7upbet intellectual property may result in Account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7upbet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or connected to:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the platform or Services.
• Any technical malfunction, server downtime, internet connectivity failure, or data transmission error.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account or personal data.
• Any bet placed in error, including as a result of palpable pricing errors.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Losses arising from gambling activities on the platform.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 7upbet makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform or its content.

7upbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Chargebacks initiated by the player against deposited funds.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account).
• Instruction from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

Upon termination for cause, 7upbet may withhold Account balances pending investigation. Balances attributable to fraudulent activity or bonus abuse are subject to forfeiture. Where termination is not for cause, any eligible real-money balance will be returned to you via your most recently used verified payment method.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our Customer Support team. Account closure requests submitted as part of a self-exclusion request will be handled in accordance with our Responsible Gambling Policy.

7upbet is committed to responsible gambling practices. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling is causing distress, financial hardship, or harm to you or those around you, please use the tools available and seek support.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via Account settings. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Limit the maximum amount you can lose in a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations to manage time spent on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.

Your continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact Customer Support to request Account closure.

The version of the Terms in force at the time a dispute arises shall govern the resolution of that dispute, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operates.

In the event of a dispute between you and 7upbet, we encourage you to contact our Customer Support team in the first instance. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt.
